Motor Supply Co. users must agree with the terms and condition below.
1. Users shall complete user registration and submit as a true statement. Motor Supply Co. shall give registered users ID and password. Users shall take the whole responsibility for their own ID and password and strictly manage them and not disclose.
2. Motor Supply Co. handles the personal information and business secret of users appropriately.
3. Users shall not attempt to modify, distribute or use any material published on Motor Supply Co. website, accounts, computer systems or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
4. The copyright of all information and contents that are described by Motor Supply Co. on the website shall belong to Motor Supply Co. The act of using, reproducing and modifying without prior permission from Motor Supply Co. is prohibited.
5. The features and services on Motor Supply Co site is provided on the “as is” and “as available” basis, and no warranty is provided for vehicles although all the motor vehicles Motor Supply Co. offers are carefully checked mechanically.
6. Motor supply Co. will not be liable to any loss of use, production, profit, revenue, or any financing costs or increase in operating costs or any economic loss or damage.
7. Motor Supply Co does not take any responsibility for any difficulties which are caused by third parties such as shipping companies, customs forwarders, documents carriers etc.
Payment terms
1. Payment shall be made on or before 7 days from the date of pro forma invoice.
If payment can’t be confirmed within 7 days after pro forma invoice issued or user breaches payment terms instructed on pro forma invoice, Motor Supply Co is liable to call off the transaction without notice or charge users cancellation fee.
2. In case of purchasing vehicles from auction through Motor Supply Co., Deposit payment 10% of expected purchased price of the car or minimum ¥100,000 is required prior to auction bidding. This auction bidding deposit is refundable at any time before purchasing cars. After purchasing, balance payment shall be made according to pro forma invoice.
